Numbers are better than the day

 Breakfast:
Crispix cereal
Glass of OJ

Morning snack:
A LOT of Hersey's chocolate

Lunch:
A really yummy salad (hummus and peppers) that my amazing wife made from the real appeal recipes... it was awesome

Snack:
Cheeto puffs (way too many)

Dinner:
Meat loaf
Sugar snap peas

So - if I didn't have the snacks, today would have been awesome.  But I did, so that's not any good.

I guess if i avoid eating tonight, that's not bad.  I might want to try to work out after now, which would improve my score.  I want to tomorrow to be a really good day.  I'm technically off work (although, I will be working a lot).  I'm going to go to the doctor too, which is good for me.

But if i can focus on eating well AND working out, it will be a great day.

Good news - I'm now 5-2 over the last 7 days.
