A decent rebound

Yesterday, i went off the wagon so to say.  A massive taco bell lunch and waaay more hershey's chocolate than anyone should eat in a week, but just in one day.

Today, I'm back to a good day...

Breakfast:
Fresh squeezed OJ
Starbucks  breakfast sandwich

Lunch
Protein Bar Buffalo Chicken Salad + small chicken chili

Dinner
2/3 package of bowtie pasta and vodka sause
+ a little bit of hummus and chex mix (don't knock it until you try it)

...

So, not a great day, but not a bad day.
