Making this quick

Probably my best eating day in awhile:

Breakfast:
Oat squares + milk  (probably 2 servings)
A little OJ

Lunch:
The hummus+peppers+lettuce thing - maybe 1.5 servings

Dinner:
Panera Mediterranean chicken salad -- but extra dressing and at 2 pieces of bread

But this has to be my lowest calorie day in awhile, even though my portions were maybe a bit big.  I feel like i'm making progress in turning it around

Although, I really wanted to work out and I didn't make the time.  I need to get better.

But now 6-1 in the last 7 days.
