I don't know if i'll make it through the rest of the night.
It's 9:30 as i write this section:
Breakfast
Crispix + milk (normal portion) + a little OJ
Lunch:
Panera regular size salad (mediterranian chicken) - no bread
Dinner:
Very little pizza (1/2 slice of thin crust)
Chick Parm & Penne (from a bag mix - ~600 calories)
All I want to do now is eat and/or have a few drinks. Just a long week and a long day. Lots of stress... would be nice to wind down
