A bad streak

Travel is always rough for me.

On Thursday & Friday I traveled.  I did ok with Thursday compared to what i normally do.

Breakfast:

Egg & Cheese Bagel (i did no meat intentionally, but the bagel was a massive bagel and 2 eggs came on it... i really should have only had half or something)

Lunch:
- I was in a meeting and lunch came in bags
I had half a buffalo chicken wrap
but..
a bag of doritos
and 4 cookies (only 2 came in my bag, but i took another 2 that were left over)

Dinner:
- Small cup of french onion soup
- Large ceasar salad with extra dressing and salmon

... for dinner, i should have just had the salad.  Going back, I should have done no cookies, no doritos (or maybe went and got a salad, even though they had a lunch there).  dinner: no soup and no extra dressing

I guess the good news is that I didn't drink and everyone else was.


Friday:

Well, Friday was OK... except....

Breakfast:  I had a breakfast burrito from DQ.  It had egg (maybe 2 eggs worth?), cheese, and bacon.  I also had OJ. I was debating just having a juice, i probably should have done that

Lunch:
Standard panera salad that i like (mediterranian), but had 2 piece of bread with it

Dinner:
A reasonable portion of speedie's chicken... which is a great dinner.

UP UNTIL THIS POINT, I was good.  If I finished the day then, I would have felt good about myself.  BUT I fucked up.  Royally.

There was a great weakness of mine: creme de menthe squares.  I probably had 10.  Which is like eating a stick of butter, with a bowl of sugar, and a bowl of chocolate - with a shot of alcohol.

....

Saturday:
Breakfast:
- Crispix, normal size bowl and no OJ -- good start, right?

Lunch:
- I had this at 3-4 in the afternoon and was starting.  Had a wendy's spicy crispy chicken (which isn't bad on it's own) and then some fries (ok, that's ok).

At this point, i was doing OK... but...

then I came home AND ATE A BUNCH OF THOSE STUPID SQUARES

A LOT of them.  I don't know what's wrong with me.

Dinner:
- I had a few chicken nuggets and pieces of cheese
- but also had 2 glasses of red wine (all at our neighbor's party)

We then went to see star wars...
- I had nachos and popcorn.  A little bit of nachos and a lot of popcorn

Honestly, I'd be ok with the popcorn consumption.  I wanted loaded nachos, but only got cheese nachos.  I guess that's better?  I wish I just skipped them, wasn't worth the calories

After the movie, we came home, had leftover speedies chicken and then more of the FUCKING SQUARES.

Saturday was a huge ZERO for me.  I'm going to get a point for documenting food.  But i don't deserve that.  What a horrible string of days.  

I'm really hoping I can make today my perfect day.  I've started ok with a crispix and a small OJ for breakfast.

I have a panera salad i can have for lunch.  I am playing basketball tonight.  So I have a lot of stuff lined up.  I slept 6 hrs 56 minutes - which i'll count as 7 hours.  I just need to NOT EAT THE SQUARES.

I really fell apart the last few days.  I'd completely my fault.  Tricia tried to help me and I didn't let her.  I need to do better.
