Well, day 2 was a bummer

I guess if I diary my food now, I'll be ok?

I can't quire remember what I had.

Breakfast:
- Small bowl of Crispix + OJ

Snack:
- A bunch of Salted Carmal Corn Puffs (waaay too many)

Lunch
- Medditeranian Salad from Panera
... then had to ruin it with..
- Left over shepard's pie

Dinner:
- 3 tacos - put waay too much cheese on them

Late night:
- A ton of sugar snap peas
- A klondike bar

...

So - just too much food.  The morning snack was really bad.  Too big of servings with my meals - could have done without the late night snacks.

It was a long day - basketball practice and then a lot of work.

I need to do better.
