That's the best I can come up with. I have no excuse. I've needed to lose weight for years and I keep on putting it off. Just a few Guinness for a Notre Dame game. A little desert with room service won't hurt, right? It's been a long week, I could use a beer. I'm up late working, some food will help me think better.
My dog at my homework.
Even if true, it's just not good enough.
So, I'm going to try again. I'm going to bring back the scores. But, I'll restart. 0-0 with a first game of today. I'm only counting today b/c I would lose the last two days (I know, no excuses) and I don't want to start 0-2.
I am also doing something called Real Appeal. It's a program that my work is sponsoring. I need to get more into it. I'm hoping blogging will help kick start me.
So - to today:

Not great, but an ok start. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
As for food:
Breakfast:
- I had a half of a brownie (from last night) and a half of a donut (free donuts after mass)
Lunch:
- I had a Panera Mediterranean salad and two rolls. I bought 2 salads so I can have one for lunch tomorrow, and I ate both breads b/c I knew it wouldn't be good for tomorrow
- I had a half of a yeast roll
Dinner:
Three slices of thin crust, cheese papa johns (large pizza)
Some I dipped in garlic sauce. I at the crust of a pizza slice too
I had a piece of a brownie
Embarrassingly, this is a pretty good day for me with food. I only at at meals and didn't eat anything late. I had a salad at lunch. So I guess there's some good.
This is going to be a tough slog. I hope I can do it this time.
